sold me a 12 Oregon lighted tree 4 years ago.
It was the first 12 ft tree the
company made . My husband and I put the tree up
with out any difficulty and in one day the tree
fell over and bent at the base. I called
and Mr. Allen the owner personally came to the
phone this , he explained to me that every
thing would be fine...meanwhile my husband and I
fixed the tree so I called him and I told him
not to worry about it and that we would be happy
with this tree and not to bother with getting me
a new tree...I loved the shape and the beauty of
the tree. He said that he had found out that his
manufacturer had just produced a 12 ft tree and
that there had been problems with the base of
the tree and that the factory was retooling the
base to make it stronger.... I again told him
not to worry that my husband and I had fixed it
and that we loved the tree and we were going to
keep it. Mr. Allen told me that if it was ok for
this year that the factory would send me a new
bottom section in June when the new trees start
to come into the U.S. Market....I told him not
to worry and he would not hear of that. In June
I received a call and it was Mr. Allen and he
said that he had just got the new and improved
bottom section of the tree in and asked if He
could bring it over to our home...We live 40
miles from his location ... I asked him if he
could store it for me until November because we
were working on our home and I did not
have the storage space...He said that he would
be glad to. November came and Mr. Allen called
me like clockwork and I was ready to put up my
tree...so he brought the new bottom section to
my home.... Well as luck would have it the
bottom section fit the stand but the top of the
bottom section did not now fit the second
section of our tree... I told Mr. Allen not to
worry and that we would just use our
original section that my husband and I fixed...
Again Mr. Allen would not hear of it and he
proceeded to call the factory and order us a new
12 ft tree....within 4 days it was here plus we
had a new warranty on our tree.

renamed it. I now call it my "Precious Magic
Box" .
I've attached photos
showing our Christmas Lighting Project for the
past 8 years. This is a Paris, Arkansas
Chamber of Commerce project. As you can see
we use a lot of mini lights (approx 100,000).
I sure wish that I would of had the Magic Box
the first 6 years. It would have saved a lot
of my hair.
Now, I catch my self hoping for
a string of lights to not burn just so that I
can use my "Precious Magic Box".
Along came the wheel, sliced
bread and then the Magic Box.
