Tree stand — is one included With my tree ?

Always — the 3  ft.- 40 ft. trees have heavy-duty stands that will keep your tree straight and sturdy. Smaller trees also have stands that are well suited for their weight and height.
3-25 year warranty — what exactly does it mean?

The 3- 25 year warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship to certain brands We replace the tree at no charge. (Make sure you fill out the warranty card that's enclosed in your carton. The 2 years year all lights are guaranteed .Your magic box that comes with the tree will find any bulbs not secured and with the easy instructions you will have a tree that will last 10-14 years


Safety — are the trees flameproof?

Of Course!! — we use top grade 100% flame-retardant  P.V.C Safety, Top Quality  and ease of assembly are our priorities. We have had these standards for over 40 years.
International — do you ship outside continental USA?

Canada and Mexico but there will be a delivery  charge added to the Price of the Item.
How do you measure tree height?

The measurement begins  when the tree is in the stand.		   Allergies ?

Our trees are non-allergenic.
Can our trees be used outdoors?

Yes — our trees are made of the finest materials that can be used outdoors. Note: Heavy snow may bend the main branches.  All steel construction no plastic parts. All trees are hinged .We carry no pick trees		   Who Pays  to Sales Tax ?

Best Wholesale is located in San Antonio,Texas. We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within Texas only. No sales tax is required on orders being shipped outside of Texas.
